You will need to come into the office at least twice a month to root yourself to whatever is happening in SAMUHA - and before you accept, we would like you to give us at least 5 days in the field - 3 in Raichur/Koppal Districts and 2 in Bangalore - to visit our projects and get to see our work first hand.
Our salaries range from Rs 1000 to Rs 25,000 gross - but at this level - you need to be a Director, or someone with enough push for us to think we are still getting you on the cheap. And, to be honest, this is not a level you will reach very soon. As an organisation, we have constantly asked people to come in below their market value. If money or careers are what drive you, then we are not the people to apply to.
